法兰焊机

1、产品设计特点

主要适用于法兰盘与圆筒的圆形焊缝的焊接。该设备以步进电机为主驱动机构，控制系统采用可编程控制器（PLC）控制加文本界面，以继电器控制为辅，从而稳妥地实现了焊接的自动化控制。焊接时焊枪不动，工件旋转，整机质量可靠，外表美观，自动化程度高。

主要结构特点及功能

该机主要由底座、动力驱动机构、工作台定位机构、焊枪调节机构、气动系统、电控系统等组成。

1、底座

底座：承重机构，承受整机重量。

2、动力驱动机构

主要由传动箱、转动轴、电机、减速机等组成。

3、焊枪调节机构

3.1、气动提枪机构：用于上下枪运动及焊枪复位等。其上下枪速可通过提枪气缸调节阀调整。

3.2、焊枪微调机构：由枪座、调节总成等组成。可调整调节总成与中心轴的距离来调整焊接工件直径。

4. 工作台定位机构：三爪卡盘定位。

5、气动系统

该设备有提升气缸，其配套的气动二连件和电磁阀安装在设备后面。设备工作时，请确保气压在0.3Mpa以上。

6、电控系统

主要集中于底座箱体内，内部电气安装板上主要有PLC、中间继电器、驱动器等电器元件。操作盒正面上部为文本面板，上设有开始和急停按钮，便于人工操作。

该电控系统以PLC伺服程序控制系统为控制中心，其它控制电器元件组成，功能强大、工作可靠，操作简单，自动化程度高。

该设备**于通信钢杆、电力钢杆、高杆灯杆体端部的法兰盘进行自动埋弧焊接。通过使用该设备，实现了环焊缝的多道连续焊接，焊接光滑美观，比手工焊接大大地提高了生产效率和焊接质量。焊接电源为美国林肯电源。
